Hey divas, I hope you all had a fantastic weekend.
I had a lot of errands to do today, so I wanted an outfit that was easy & comfortable, but definitely chic since I had a few informal meetings scheduled as well. A large print dress always makes you look like you have more going on than you actually do; which allows you to keep everything else simple. This was great for today because I really didn’t want to put too much thought into my outfit. For my meetings, I just threw on a black blazer for a more pulled together look. They were informal and more relaxed in nature so my outfit was fine, but I wouldn’t suggest a pink leopard print dress for more formal meetings…even with a blazer! lol.
Dress- Asos; Shoes- Zara; Purse- Tory Burch
I hope that you are looking forward to a great week ahead

aww, thank you so much girl
Hi, My name is Nastassja and I live your style and personality!! I have followed you for a while now and usually just come to your blog for inspiration and quietly leave never leaving a comment. Today I happen to be home for lunch and decide to check out your blog and I saw that powerful picture with the quote from Steve Jobs!! I have struggled with my current career and wanting to pursue a career in fashion styling but have just decided to go with being a social worker which is what I went to college for but have always wanted to do something fashion related!! Well after seeing that picture and quote I realized that I am not ever going to be entirely satisfied with my life if I don’t pursue my dreams and do what I love!! I thank God that you followed your dream and somehow it allowed me to see that mine is also possible. Sorry so long but I hope you have a blessed day!!
Wow! Thank you soooo much for taking the time to write this comment Nastassja. It really means a lot to me. I was in a similar place. I went to college for something that wasn’t fashion related also. I worked in a corporation that didn’t motivate or stimulate me in anyway (it actually started to physically affect me because of the extra stress). I new that there had to be more to life than working in a field that you are not passionate about just for money.

I think that it is great that you found what you are passionate about, even if you are not in the position to do it full time yet, start off part time or whenever you have free time. Just by starting will encourage you to see if it is something that you really want to do…and if it is, seek out every opportunity you have to do it.
Although it may be difficult at times, the reward is a whole lot sweeter when we follow our passion
(sorry for the long response
