Hey divas, I hope that you all had a great weekend and are looking forward to a great week.
While standing in front of my closet Sunday morning, trying to figure out what I wanted to wear to church (followed by a birthday brunch for my hubby’s aunt); I decided that I wanted something easy…and what’s easier than a dress? I grabbed this black and white graphic body con dress from Asos and everything else just fell into place. I wanted to add a pop of color so I grabbed my neon green belt (which is very appropriate since neon is so on trend right now). I know that sometimes people wonder if body con dresses are appropriate to where in various environments (like church), but whenever I shop for myself, I like to choose items that I can where to various places. By pairing the dress with a blazer, it sophisticates a dress than can otherwise be worn to clubs/parties if paired with sexy heel. I think the main tip to getting the most wear out of your body con dress is to make sure that the dress isn’t too tight. A body con dress is supposed to hug your curves, not suffocate you lol! IfΒ you want even more versatility out of your dress, try choosing one that reaches right above the knee or longer. If your dress has those two elements, you will be surprised how many different looks you can achieve

I think it also depends on your body type…because if you are very curvy you would have to be extremely careful. but u pull it off well! I’m so glad I got this dress…haven’t worn it yet but seeing it on you is inspiring me to whip it out
beautiful and the dress hug your body very amazingly!!!
You look amazing in this dress! I love it with the yellow belt. I’m so jealous of your pumps, though. Like, So. Jealous.
