Celebrity Style: 5 Looks from The Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards

Last night was the Nickelodeon Kid’s Choice Awards, so let’s check out some hits and misses…

I am loving Kristen Stewart’s blue and nude lace ensemble with blue suede pumps. Love that she kept it simple by pulling her hair back and wearing no jewelry, so that the focus is on the beautiful lace detail of the dress.

Keke Palmer looks gorgeous in eggplant, but I think that the dress would have looked a lot better by adding about 2 inches in length as well as a different shoe (maybe a fun strappy sandal), her makeup was gorgeous though.

I am not understanding Katie Perry’s fashion choices lately. When she first came out she was fun and fresh, now it seems like she is trying too hard to keep up with the Gagas of the world by trying to stand out by looking as ridiculous as possible. I’m just not getting it, but I will say that she is right on trend with the neon.

Selena Gomez looked fun and age appropriate, again I would have preferred a different shoe, but her look was overall fun, fresh, and young.

Ohhh the Smith family… Jada looked fun, fab, and pretty in pink. She definitely looked young, but age appropriate at the same time. I loved the gray wedges and denim jacket that completed her look, but her kids on the other hand… :-(. I won’t say much because at this age kids should be able to experiment and play with fashion so I won’t be too hard on them, but all I will say is… me no likey.
